Amy Pincus is an attorney and trained divorce mediator who has been practicing law since 1992. She founded Olive Branch to offer couples a calmer, clearer path through divorce — one built on a fair process rather than a fight.
She works as a single neutral, guiding both spouses through every decision a divorce requires, in plain language, at a pace they control. Her focus is a durable agreement both people understand and can live with — especially where children are involved.
